Michael has been involved in both commercial and residential construction projects for over 30 years. Michael started his career as an electrician working for his Fathers company PD Electrical Services. Working in the industry he found that his passion did not just lay in electrical work he quickly became versed in the other trades which lead to a career as a general contractor. Michael has strong reputation in the restaurant world as a General Contractor you can trust with your project. Trust to get the project done on time and on budget. Michael is known for his attention detail and a passion for doing things the right way the first time. Michael brings this same passion and leadership to all his jobs residential and comercial.

Fletcher has worked in Hospitality for over 25 years and has been involved in construction projects for the last four years. Fletcher has overseen large projects ranging from $200,000 to $6,000,000 in everything from quick service to fine dining. Fletcher brings an ability to lead people in the same direction from the CEO to general labourer. Fletcher works with them all to get the job done right, on time and on budget. Working with Capa construction over the last year Fletcher has been on-site with Michael learning his eye for detail. Fletcher's experience in the hospitality industry brings with it that client-first approach as well as the ability to consult in regards to restaurant efficiency and operations.
